I am a highly motivated and accomplished Data Scientist with a proven track record of success in developing and deploying statistical and machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. I have a deep understanding of Bayesian statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data science tools and techniques, such as Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.

Currently, I am a valuable member of the AI team at Afiniti, Inc., where I am responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to intelligently pair callers with call center agents. My work has resulted in significant optimization of revenue generation and improved customer retention rates.

In my role, I regularly engage in data exploration and visualization to identify patterns and trends in data. I then develop machine learning models tailored to specific business needs, such as predicting agent churn or identifying seasonal trends. I am also committed to continuous learning and adaptation, ensuring that I stay at the forefront of data science advancements.
